ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ
[And] when he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship?

(It is) in apposition to the first "when" (idh), or it is an adverbial modifier for "he came" (ja'a) or for "sound" (salim—referring to the phrase "with a sound heart"), meaning: "What kind of thing is it that you worship?"
