Exalted is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.

Verse range: 43:82
The word “'amma” (above what) refers either to their act of describing, or to that which they describe Him with, such as the claim that He, glory be to Him, has a child.
Attributing the name "Lord" to the greatest and most powerful of celestial bodies serves as a reminder that these bodies, along with all the created beings within them, are under His supreme sovereignty and lordship. How, then, could it be imagined that any part of them is a part of Him, glory be to Him, when such a notion contradicts the necessity of His existence?
In repeating that majestic name [Lord], there is an exaltation of the status of the Throne.
