Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:99
ﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ ﲄ ﲅ ﲆ ﲇ ﲈ ﲉ ﲊ ﲋ
Not upon the Messenger is [responsibility] except [for] notification. And Allah knows whatever you reveal and whatever you conceal.

5:99
(The Messenger has only the duty of conveyance) and he has spared no effort in conveying to you that which you were commanded to do; what excuse do you have after this? This is an emphasis on the obligation of fulfilling that which He, glory be to Him, has commanded.
And the conveyance (al-balagh) is a noun used in the place of the verbal noun (al-tabligh), as has been indicated.
(And Allah knows what you disclose and what you conceal), so He shall deal with you according to what you deserve in that regard.
