ﲿ ﳀ ﳁ ﳂ ﳃ ﳄ ﳅ

Or has he not been informed of what was in the scriptures of Moses

Or has he not been informed (meaning: nay, has he not been told) of what was in the scriptures of Moses (which is the Torah)?
