Tafsir of Al-Waqi'ah 56:33

(Neither cut off) at any time, unlike the fruits of this world, (nor withheld) from anyone who wishes to consume them in any way, and there is no restriction placed upon them as is placed upon the orchards of the worldly life. It has also been recited: "And fruit in abundance, neither cut off nor withheld" (with the nominative case raf' in all instances, based on the implied presence of "there is fruit" and so on).
