Tafsir of Al-Waqi'ah 56:36

This is an explanation for what preceded it. The "making" (al-ja‘l) is either in the sense of transformation (tasyeer), in which case abkaran (virgins) is the second object; or it is in the sense of creation (khalq), in which case abkaran is a circumstantial qualifier (hal) or a second object. The expression is of the type "narrow is the mouth of the knee."

In the hadith, it is said: "Verily, the people of Paradise, when they have intercourse with their wives, they return as virgins." This was recorded by al-Tabarani in al-Saghir and by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abu Sa‘id in a marfu‘ (elevated) narration.
