Rather, we have been deprived."

Al-Waqi'ah: 67 **"Nay, we are deprived."**
They are limited, not [those with] luck, or deprived of sustenance. It is as if, when they said, "We are ruined" due to the destruction of our sustenance, they turned away from that and said, "Nay, this is a matter decreed upon us due to the ill-omen of our fortune and lack of luck." Or, when they said, "We are burdened with the penalty of the reduction of our provisions," they turned away and said: "Nay, we are deprived" of sustenance entirely.
