ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ
Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down?

69. Did you bring it down from the rain clouds...
(Did you bring it down from the muzni): That is, the clouds. Its singular is muzna. The poet said: "Neither a muzna that poured its downpour, nor a land that sprouted its vegetation." It is also said: It is the white cloud, and its water is the sweetest.
(Or are We the bringers down): Of it by Our power.
