Surah Al-Qalam 68:30



ﲎ ﲏ ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ

Then they approached one another, blaming each other.

{ So they turned to one another, blaming each other. }

They blame one another, for among them were those who suggested it—according to what has been said—those who approved of it, those who remained silent in acceptance of it, and those who denied it. This does not contradict the attribution of the preceding actions to all of them, as has been established in more than one place.
