Al-Qalam: (34) Indeed, for the God-fearing, with…

Indeed, for the God-fearing: That is, from disbelief, as is in Al-Bahr, or from both disbelief and disobedience, as is in Al-Irshad.

With their Lord: That is, in the Hereafter; for it pertains exclusively to Him, the Almighty, as none other than He, Majestic is His Majesty, exercises authority therein. Or, it means in the proximity of His sanctity.

Gardens of Bliss: Gardens in which there is nothing but bliss, pure from any trace of what disturbs it, such as vexations or the fear of cessation. The restriction is understood from the genitive construction (idafa) of the gardens to "bliss," intended to distinguish them from the gardens of this world and to imply that the gardens of this world are predominantly marked by disturbance:

(You desire them to be free from impurities and vexations, while they have been fashioned upon imperfection.)
