Or do they have partners...

Or do they have partners who share with them in this claim and follow their path? Then let them bring their partners if they are truthful in their assertion, for there is nothing less [to rely upon] than imitation.

The Glorified and Exalted has pointed out in these verses the negation of everything they could possibly cling to in order to validate their claim. He, the Majestic in His Splendor, has signaled the negation of rational evidence with His saying: "How do you judge?"; the negation of transmitted evidence with His saying: "Or do you have a book..."; the negation that God Almighty has promised them such [a reward]—and the promise of the Generous is a debt—with His saying: "Or do you have oaths from Us..."; and the negation of imitation, which is frailer than a spider’s web, with His saying: "Or do they have partners."

It is also said that the meaning is: "Or do they have gods they have deemed as partners in divinity, who would make them like the Muslims in the Hereafter?"

'Abdullah and Ibn Abi 'Abla recited: “Then let them bring their shirk (associating/partners),” and what is intended by it is what was intended by “their partners.”
