ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ
[It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds.

Al-Ḥāqqah: (43) *A revelation from the Lord...*
A revelation: That is, it is a revelation.
From the Lord of the worlds: He, Glory be to Him, revealed it through the tongue of Gabriel, peace be upon him. Abū al-Sumāl recited it as tanzīlan (in the accusative case), based on the implied meaning of nazzalahu tanzīlan (He sent it down, a sending down).
