Surah Al-Haqqah 69:50
ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ
And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers.

Al-Haqqah: (50) And indeed, it is a regret for...
And indeed, it is—meaning the Quran—a regret—a great one—for the disbelievers at the time they witness the reward of the believers. Muqatil said: "And indeed, their denial of the Quran is a regret for them," thus referring the pronoun back to the verbal noun understood from His saying, Exalted is He, "deniers." The first [interpretation] is more apparent.
