ﱯ ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ
Said the eminent among the people of Pharaoh, "Indeed, this is a learned magician

Al-A'raf: (109) "The eminent among the people of Pharaoh said..."
(The eminent among the people of Pharaoh said) that is, the nobles among them, who are his consultants and the leaders of his state, (Indeed, this is a learned magician) that is, one who is excessive in the knowledge of magic and highly skilled in it.
