Tafsir of Al-A'raf 7:112

"They will bring to you every learned magician."

Meaning: [One who is] skilled in magic. The verb [‘ya’tuka’ - they will bring you] is in the jussive mood as it is the response to an imperative [the preceding "Bring me"].

Hamzah and al-Kisa’i read it as sahhar (an intensive form), regarding which there is both inclination (imalah) and the absence of it. It is an intensive form (sighat mubalaghah). Some have explained it as one who persists in magic, in contrast to the sahir (magician), who may perform magic at one time and not another. It has also been said: The sahir is the beginner in the craft of magic, whereas the sahhar is the expert from whom others learn it.
