Surah Al-Ma'aarij 70:40
ﳨ ﳩ ﳪ ﳫ ﳬ ﳭ ﳮ
So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able

"Nay, I swear by the Lord of the risings and the settings," meaning: Since the matter is as We have mentioned, that their creation is from what they know—which is the filthy drop of semen—then I swear by the Lord of the risings and the settings, "that We are surely capable..."
