Al-Ma'arij: (42) So leave them to converse vainly and play...

So leave them Leave them be, paying them no heed.

To converse vainly In their falsehood, part of which is what has been narrated about them.

And play In their worldly life.

Until they meet their Day which they are promised It is the Day of Resurrection, at the second blowing of the Trumpet, according to His saying—Glorified is He.
