Tafsir of Al-Muddathir 74:27

{And what will make you know what Saqar is?} That is, what thing has informed you [of the reality of] Saqar? This is based on the [grammatical] position that the first "what" (ma) is an inchoative (mubtada') and "will make you know" (adraka) is its predicate. The second "what" is because it is beneficial for the purpose intended, which is to cause terror and horror. And "Saqar" is the inchoative—[meaning] what thing is it in its description? For it is possible that by [the interrogative "what"] a description is being sought, even if the primary usage is to seek the name and the reality. And His statement—glorified is He—
