Tafsir of Al-Muddathir 74:55

"Then whoever wills may remember it."

Whoever wills to remember it shall do so, and by reason of it, he shall attain the felicity of both abodes. Pausing is permissible in both instances, according to what has been heard regarding the two locations, and upon mashra'ah (the watering place), and the latter (the final clause) if it is rendered—as found in the marginalia—in the meaning of "except."
