(When his Lord called him in the sacred valley, Tuwa) is an adverbial phrase modifying the verb "the story" [implied], not [the verb of] "coming" [mentioned in the preceding verse], because their times differ. It is also permissible that it is the object of an implied "Remember," and the discussion regarding "the sacred valley" and the differences among the reciters concerning "Tuwa" has preceded.
