(Go to Pharaoh) is based on the intended meaning of speech, with the estimation: "He said to him," or "Saying to him: Go..." and so forth. It has been said that it is an explanation of the call—that is, he called him saying: "Go." It has also been said that it is based on the omission of the explanatory an (that), as indicated by the reading of Abdullah [ibn Mas‘ud]: an-idhhab (that you go), because the call contains the meaning of speech. It is also permitted that it is based on the estimation of the infinitive an (that) preceded by a preposition. (Indeed, he has transgressed) is a justification for the command or for the necessity of complying with it.
