And none denies it except every transgressor

This indicates that the intended meaning is censure. That is: None denies the Day of Judgment except everyone who exceeds the limits of reflection and contemplation, who is excessive in blind imitation to the point that he considers the power of Allah—Exalted be He—insufficient for resurrection, and His knowledge—Glorified be He—deficient in identifying the scattered parts that are necessary for [that] resurrection. Thus, he deems resurrection impossible for Him—Mighty and Majestic is He.

[He is also] athim (sinful), meaning: one who commits many sins, deeply engrossed in fleeting, imperfect desires, to the extent that they have preoccupied him from the perfect, everlasting pleasures beyond them and compelled him to deny them.
