Tafsir of Al-Mutaffifeen 83:22

"Indeed, the righteous are in pleasure."

This initiates an exposition of the beauties of their states, following the account of the state of their record. The sentence is an isti'naf bayani (an explanatory resumption), as if it were asked: "What is the state of their record?" The answer is provided by what has been mentioned—meaning that they are, indeed, in great pleasure.
