Tafsir of Al-Ghashiyah 88:19

{And to the mountains} which they inhabit in their regions and from whose water and trees they benefit, {how they were raised}—meaning, placed in a firm manner that allows for them to be ascended, such that they do not tilt nor sway, and it becomes possible to climb to their abodes.
