And [with] Pharaoh, owner of the stakes? -

And Pharaoh, owner of the stakes.

He is described as such due to the abundance of his soldiers and the tents whose stakes they would drive into the ground in their encampments. Alternatively, it is because he would drive four stakes into the ground for the person he intended to torture, tie him to them while stretched out flat upon the earth, and then torment him however he willed—whether through beating, burning, or otherwise.
