Tafsir of Al-Qadr 97:2

And what will make you know what the Night of Decree is? [It is phrased in this manner] due to the indication it contains that its loftiness is beyond the sphere of creation's comprehension; none knows that, and none is aware of it, except the All-Knower of the Unseen, as is suggested by [the phrasing].
