Surah Ta-Ha 20:125
ﳏ ﳐ ﳑ ﳒ ﳓ ﳔ ﳕ ﳖ
He will say, "My Lord, why have you raised me blind while I was [once] seeing?"

He will say:O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, while I had sight (before). This means in the life of this world
قال كذلك أتتك آياتنا فنسيتها وكذلك اليوم تنسى
