Surah An-Nur 24:13



ﱯ ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ

Why did they [who slandered] not produce for it four witnesses? And when they do not produce the witnesses, then it is they, in the sight of Allah, who are the liars.

لوﻻ جاووا عليه بٲربعة شهداء

Why did they not produce four witnesses against him! meaning, to prove that what they were saying was true.

فٳذ لم يٲتوا بالشهداء فٲوليك عند الله هم الكاذبون

Since they have not produced witnesses! Then with Allah they are the liars. Allah has ruled that they are indeed wicked liars
