Surah An-Naml 27:52



ﲙ ﲚ ﲛ ﲜ ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ ﲡ ﲢ ﲣ ﲤ

So those are their houses, desolate because of the wrong they had done. Indeed in that is a sign for people who know.

فتلك بيوتهم خاوية

So, they plotted a plot, and We planned a plan, while they perceived not. Then see how was the end of their plot! Verily, We destroyed them and their nation, all together. These are their houses in utter ruin, i.e., deserted.''

بما ظلموا إن في ذلك ﻻية لقوم يعلمون

وأنجينا الذين آمنوا وكانوا يتقون

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
