Tafsir of Al-Qasas 28:5

ﲳ ﲴ ﲵ ﲶ ﲷ ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ

And We wanted to confer favor upon those who were oppressed in the land and make them leaders and make them inheritors
