Tafsir of Ar-Rum 30:5

ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ ﳀ ﳁ

In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
