ﳊ ﳋ ﳌ ﳍ ﳎ ﳏ ﳐ ﳑ ﳒ ﳓ ﳔ ﳕ ﳖ ﳗ ﳘ ﳙ ﳚ ﳛ ﳜ ﳝ ﳞ
So observe the effects of the mercy of Allah - how He gives life to the earth after its lifelessness. Indeed, that [same one] will give life to the dead, and He is over all things competent.

Verse range: 30:50
فانظر إلى آثار رحمت الله
Look then at the effects of Allah's mercy, meaning, the rain.
كيف يحيي اﻻرض بعد موتها
how He revives the earth after its death. Thus Allah draws attention to the revival of people's bodies after they have died and disintegrated into nothing.
إن ذلك لمحيي الموتى
Verily, that (Allah) shall indeed raise the dead. means, the One Who does that is able to raise the dead.
وهو على كل شيء قدير
and He is able to do all things
ولين أرسلنا ريحا فرأوه مصفرا لظلوا من بعده يكفرون
