Surah Az-Zumar 39:70
ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ ﱱ
And every soul will be fully compensated [for] what it did; and He is most knowing of what they do.

ووفيت كل نفس ما عملت
And each person will be paid in full of what he did; meaning, of good and evil.
وهو أعلم بما يفعلون
and He is Best Aware of what they do
