Surah At-Tur 52:7
ﲠ ﲡ ﲢ ﲣ
Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will occur.

Verily, the torment of your Lord will surely come to pass. contains the subject of the vow, indicating that His torment will surely strike the disbelievers, as Allah stated in another Ayah;
