Tafsir of At-Takweer 81:28

To whomsoever among you who wills to walk straight. meaning, whoever seeks guidance, then he must adhere to this Qur'an, for verily it is his salvation and guidance. There is no guidance in other than it

وما تشاوون إﻻ أن يشاء الله رب العالمين
