Surah At-Tawbah 9:10
ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ ﲄ ﲅ ﲆ
They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors.

ﻻ يرقبون في مومن إﻻ وﻻ ذمة
evil indeed is that which they used to do, With regard to a believer, they respect not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant!
وأوليك هم المعتدون
It is they who are the transgressors. We explained these meanings before, as well as, the meaning of,
فٳن تابوا وأقاموا الصﻼة وآتوا الزكاة فٳخوانكم في الدين ونفصل اﻻيات لقوم يعلمون
