Surah Fatir 35:25
ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂ
And if they deny you - then already have those before them denied. Their messengers came to them with clear proofs and written ordinances and with the enlightening Scripture.

Clear proofs": Proofs which clearly testified that they were Allah's Messengers.

"Scriptures" probably consisted of good counsels and moral precepts and "the Book" comprised a complete code of the law.
