Surah Al-An'am 6:95
ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ ﱋ ﱌ ﱍ ﱎ ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒ ﱓ ﱔ ﱕ
Indeed, Allah is the cleaver of grain and date seeds. He brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living. That is Allah; so how are you deluded?

That is, it is Allah Who splits open the seed and the fruitstone under ground and causes those to grow into plants or trees.

It means that Allah creates living creatures out of lifeless matter and discharges lifeless matter out of living creatures.
