Surah Ar-Rum 30:11
ﲣ ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ
Allah begins creation; then He will repeat it; then to Him you will be returned.

Surah Ar-Rum (The Romans): Verse 11
When [Allah] mentioned that their end is the Fire, which contained an indication of Resurrection and Gathering, He did not leave this claim without proof.
He said: "Allah initiates creation..."
This means that the One who initiates creation through Power and Will is not incapable of returning [them] and restoring them.
"...then to Him you will be returned."
Then, He clarified the time when the return to Him will occur, saying:
**"And the Day the Hour is established, the criminals will despair, and there will be for them no intercessors from among their partners, and they will be disbelievers in their partners."** (30:11)
