Surah Al-Ahzab 33:62
ﳂ ﳃ ﳄ ﳅ ﳆ ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ ﳊ ﳋ ﳌ ﳍ ﳎ
[This is] the established way of Allah with those who passed on before; and you will not find in the way of Allah any change.

سنة الله في . . . . .
This means this is not something new for you, but rather it is an established Sunnah (way) and a continuous custom practiced against those who deny the truth.
{ ولن تجد لسنة الله تبديلا }
Meaning, this way of God is not like a ruling that can be altered or abrogated (naskh). Abrogation applies to rulings (Ahkam), whereas actions and reports (Akhbar) are not abrogated.

< { يسألك الناس عن الساعة قل إنما علمها عند الله وما يدريك لعل الساعة تكون قريبا } >
The people ask you about the Hour (the Day of Judgment). Say: "Its knowledge is only with God." And what will make you know? Perhaps the Hour is near.
