The difference between a **reflection (tabṣirah)** and a **reminder (tadhkirah)** is that the former involves signs that are **permanent** and set before the intellects, while the latter involves signs that are **renewed**, serving to remind when one becomes heedless. The phrase, **"for every repentant servant" (li-kulli 'abdin munīb)**, means one who returns to contemplation, remembrance, and consideration of the proofs.
