Open in Qurani

Al-Najm (The Star): (12) Do you dispute with him concerning what he saw?

Translation:

Do you dispute with him concerning what he saw?

This means: How can you argue with him and present your doubts to him when he has witnessed what he witnessed with absolute certainty ('ayn al-yaqīn)?

There is no doubt after such a vision; thus, he is certain and convinced, while you claim that a jinn afflicted him.

It can also be said that this verse confirms the meaning presented previously. This is because someone who is certain of something might still be subject to doubt being removed from their self, and this is affirmed by His saying, the Exalted:

{And indeed, he saw him [Gabriel] another time, *At the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary*} (Quran 53:13-14).
