Surah Al-Qalam 68:7
ﲖ ﲗ ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ ﲛ ﲜ ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ
Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has gone astray from His way, and He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided.

Surah Al-Qalam (The Pen): Verse 7
Verse Text (Implied Context): Indeed, your Lord knows best who has strayed from His path, and He knows best who is guided. (This is the context leading into the next verse, based on the preceding discussion).
Commentary on the preceding context (Verse 6/7 transition):
There are two interpretations regarding the meaning:
The First View: It means that your Lord knows best who the truly insane are—those who have strayed from His path. And He knows best the truly rational—those who are guided.
The Second View: It means that they (the disbelievers) accused you of madness, while they described themselves as being rational, yet they are lying in that claim. Rather, they are characterized by misguidance, and you are characterized by guidance.
The distinction achieved through guidance and misguidance is more worthy of consideration than the distinction achieved through rationality and madness, because the former (guidance/misguidance) results in eternal felicity or misery, whereas the latter (sanity/insanity) results only in worldly felicity or misery.
Verse 7: {فلا تطع المكذبين}
Translation: So do not obey the deniers (those who reject the truth).
