There will circulate among them young boys made eternal. When you see them, you would think them [as beautiful as] scattered pearls.

Tafsir
Verse range: 76:19
He said: {And there will circulate among them immortal youths} (76:19).
The interpretation of these two descriptions has already preceded in Surah Al-Waqi'ah. The closest meaning is the perpetuity of their state in that form which is the most perfect for service. This implies the perpetuity of their life, their beauty, and their steadfastness in excellent and agreeable service.
Al-Farra' said: "Mukhalladun" (immortal/eternal) is said to mean "musawwarun" (adorned/encircled). Niftawayh narrated from Ibn al-A'rabi that "mukhalladun" means "muhallalun" (adorned with jewelry/embellished).
The third description is His saying, the Exalted: {When you see them, you would think them scattered pearls} (76:20).
