And **Gardens** (Hadā'iq) is the plural of *Hadiqa*, which is an enclosed orchard. It comes from the saying: *Ahdaqū bihi*, meaning they surrounded it. The indefinite form used for **and Vineyards** (*wa a'nāban*) indicates the great status of those grapes.
