أي هو بيان وهداية للخلق أجمعين . ! 7 < { لمن شآء منكم أن يستقيم } . > 7 !
Translation:
That is, it [the Qur'an] is a clear exposition and guidance for all of creation,
{For whoever among you wills to take a straight path.} (Verse 27)
