Surah Al-Ghashiyah 88:10
ﲗ ﲘ ﲙ
In an elevated garden,
ﲗ ﲘ ﲙ
In an elevated garden,
Tafsir
Verse range: 88:10
{In a lofty Garden}
One interpretation of this phrase is that lofty refers to elevation in place.
It is also possible that lofty refers to elevation in rank, honor, and virtue.
As for elevation in place, this is because Paradise has degrees, some higher than others. 'Ata' said: "A degree is like the distance between the heaven and the earth."
{Therein you will hear no idle talk.}
