Surah Al-Lail 92:6



And believes in the best [reward],

Surah Al-Layl (The Night): Verses 5–10

Then, He, the Exalted, clarified the meaning of the difference in deeds, which we mentioned regarding the praiseworthy and blameworthy outcomes, and reward and punishment, by saying:

**{لشتى}** (They are indeed of diverse kinds.)

**{فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَعْطَى وَاتَّقَى}** (So as for him who gave and feared [Allah],)

**{وَصَدَّقَ بِالْحُسْنَى}** (And believed in the best [reward],)

**{فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُ لِلْيُسْرَى}** (We will ease him toward ease.)

**{وَأَمَّا مَنْ بَخِلَ وَاسْتَغْنَى}** (But as for him who was stingy and felt himself self-sufficient,)

**{وَكَذَّبَ بِالْحُسْنَى}** (And denied the best [reward],)

**{فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُ لِلْعُسْرَى}** (We will ease him toward hardship.)
