Surah Al-Hijr 15:85
ﲕ ﲖ ﲗ ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ ﲛ ﲜ ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ ﲡ ﲢ ﲣ ﲤ
And We have not created the heavens and earth and that between them except in truth. And indeed, the Hour is coming; so forgive with gracious forgiveness.

Al-Hijr: 85
{ وما خلقنا السماوات . . . إلا بالحق } Except as a creation intertwined with truth and wisdom, not in vain or for sport. Or, it means: for the sake of justice and equity on the Day of Recompense for deeds.
{ وإن الساعة لآتية } And indeed, Allah will take vengeance for you against your enemies on that Day, and He will recompense you and them for your good deeds and their evil ones; for He did not create the heavens, the earth, and what is between them except for that purpose.
{ فاصفح } Turn away from them and endure what you encounter from them with a beautiful turning away, characterized by forbearance and overlooking. It has been said: this is abrogated by the Verse of the Sword. It is also possible that it refers to [general] good conduct, in which case it is not abrogated.
{ إن ربك هو الخلاق العليم }
