Surah Al-Isra 17:20
ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ ﱤ ﱥ ﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ
To each [category] We extend - to these and to those - from the gift of your Lord. And never has the gift of your Lord been restricted.

Al-Isra: 20
{كلا} Each one of the two groups. The tanwin (nunation) is a substitute for the genitive construction (mudaf ilayh).
{نمد هؤلاء} We increase them from Our giving, and We make the latter of it an extension to the former, never severing it. Thus, We provide for the obedient and the disobedient alike, by way of grace.
{وما كان عطاء ربك} And His grace.
{محظورا} Meaning: forbidden/withheld. He does not withhold it from a disobedient person because of their disobedience.
